Seeking a Dedicated Office Administrator to Support Operations at Our Manufactured Housing Community
We are looking for an exceptional Office Administrator to join our team at a 294-unit manufactured housing community in New Castle, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating resident relations, managing leasing documentation, and performing clerical and administrative functions to drive business success.
1. Previous experience in property management or housing communities is highly desirable
2. Maintain accurate records, including resident files, invoices, and reports
3. Assist with property inspections, work orders, and community events
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members
5. Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to handle conflict resolution, complaints, and provide a high level of customer service tailored to the community demographic
7. Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
8. Ability to deliver excellent customer service, including responsiveness to tenant needs and community engagement
9. Ability to handle complaints and ensure community standards are upheld
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and local authorities
11. Must have a valid driver's license
