Who are we looking for?
* 2 plus years of retail experience in the facilities and/orproperty industry.
* Strong stakeholder management with tenants, property manager and government authorities.
* Building trade background is preferred but not essential.
* Significant work experience in hard and soft services demonstrated success with PPM
* Proven track record of contract and contractor management.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced retail Facilities Manager tooversee the day-to-day operations ofprestigious urban retail assets located in the Darling Harbour. Working closely with both the Retail Precinct manager, you will help coordinate the strategic and operational aspects of properties, including building systems, grounds, and services. The rolerequires a practical, hands‐on approach and a commitment to operating withinset budgets, procedures, and compliance frameworks established by Knight Frankand the client.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high standards ofpresentation and asset condition.
* Act as the primary contact for technical and maintenancematters across a portfolio of retail centres.
* Manage essential building services, including airconditioning, lifts, and fire safety systems & d evelop and implement PPMs.
* Procure and oversee service contracts to meet compliance,risk, and statutory requirements within budget.
