Are you an experienced and dynamic Venue Manager looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a talented Venue Manager to lead our team and drive the success of Kirks on the Esplanade in Mornington.
As a key player in our hospitality group, you will oversee day-to-day operations and play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience.
Position Overview
As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Kirks on the Esplanade. Your leadership and expertise will help ensure smooth operations and a thriving environment for both staff and patrons.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue.
* Lead, motivate, and manage staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
* Handle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Manage venue opening and closing procedures, including cash handling daily reconciliations, stock control, budgets and more.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the venue's performance and customer satisfaction.
* Rostering, training and staff advancement
* Stock-take, and loss prevention.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:
* Proven experience in hospitality venue management.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
* A passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for driving team success.
* All relevant accreditation (RSA, RSG, Gaming License, TAB certs, Food Safety etc)
* A proactive and forward-thinking attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
