Position Overview
* Attractive salary remuneration for fixed term position available

Responsibilities
* Assist the Program Manager in the preparation of program and project schedules and uploading milestones in identified tool
* Automate the upload of Scheduling milestones into identified tool
* Attend program meetings with program teams and business clients
* Have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders
* Understand the mechanics of government including policy and program delivery for agencies
Technical Skills required
* Senior Scheduler (Minimum 5 years' experience scheduling experience, and experience at the program level)
* Prince2 Foundation Member
* Experience in the use of MS Project 2013/2016
* Strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in software lifecycle planning
* Demonstrated understanding of PRINCE2 methodology
* Demonstrated understanding of SAFE Agile Methodology
* Formal qualification from a recognised tertiary institution or demonstrated skills in a similar role
