**About the Company**
This is a NSW Government agency who is a major service provider working to strategize to improve the development of the people in NSW.
We are currently looking for an Administration Officer to join an exciting tight-kinit team for a 12 month contract, working from home.
**About the Role**
- Provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support services
- Support the delivery of customer engagement activities and programs
- Event and meeting organisation
- Delivery preparation of material and resources
- Develop professional and engaging presentations, fact sheets and other information documents utilising digital tools and resources
- Provide a high standard of customer service in the delivery of duties to support the organisation and meet our customer and stakeholder needs
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues
- Administer procurement activities, including raising purchase order requests for goods and services and reconciling and processing invoices for payment to meet operating needs and to comply with regulatory and legislative requirements
- Record management and updating the database
- Delivering a range of business management and support services, given tight deadlines, limited resources and the need to manage competing priorities
**About You**
- Minimum 2 - 3 years Administration experience
- Strong Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
