We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and community‑minded management couple to join a thriving remote retail store in Far North Queensland or the Northern Territory.

What You’ll Be Doing (Together)
Support the day‑to‑day operations of the store, from rostering and inventory to sales and service
Lead a local team, mentoring and training staff in a hands‑on way
Get involved in community‑focused programs such as nutrition, local employment, and promotions
Take part in back‑of‑house functions and learn the ropes toward full store management responsibility
Handle physical store tasks like stock unpacking, merchandising, and customer service

What You’ll Bring as a Team
