Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing financing products, acquiring sales, sourcing new dealers, and maintaining close business relationships with existing dealers.
* Market finance products and establish new dealer partnerships while maintaining good relationships with existing dealers.
* Meet sales targets for financing and cross-selling, ensuring asset quality and reasonable yields.
* Verify documents submitted by dealers, including witnessing the signing of loan documents.
* Conduct interviews with applicants, inspect vehicles, and visit sites to verify business or residence if required.
* Monitor market share with existing dealers and keep credit processing staff updated on market trends.
* Stay informed about the latest policies, guidelines, manuals, and circulars, ensuring compliance.
* Ensure data integrity and workflow/process requirements are met; submit reports timely.
* Act as an authorized signatory.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have strong interpersonal skills. A degree, professional qualification, or diploma is required. Computer literacy and own transport are also essential.
