As a Sales Trainee, you'll be trained in the sales process for new and used agricultural and construction machinery, learning how to match equipment to the needs of farmers, contractors, and rural businesses. You’ll work alongside experienced sales professionals and gain hands-on experience with a wide range of high-performance machinery — including tractors, combines, skid steers, balers, and more. 
Responsibilities 
- Learn and support the full sales cycle: quoting, demonstrations, finance options, and after-sales service 
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers across rural and construction sectors 
- Stay up to date with current machinery, features, and industry trends 
- Represent respected global brands (Case IH and New Holland) with professionalism and product knowledge 
Qualifications 
- Passion for agriculture, machinery, or rural business 
- Strong communication and people skills 
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team 
- Basic computer skills 
- Previous farm, machinery, or mechanical experience is an advantage but not required
