Slush Puppie Australia is a family-owned Australian business supplying frozen beverage machines and products to service stations, schools, clubs and retailers across Australia.
We’re looking for a hands-on team member to join our operations team in a hybrid role that combines office administration, sales, warehouse work and local deliveries.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a small, fast-moving team where no two days are the same.
The Role
Your week will include a mix of office, warehouse and on-the-road tasks, supporting the operations team with customer orders and deliveries.
Responsibilities include:
* Deliver Slush Puppie products and supplies to local customers
* Pick and pack customer orders
* Build and maintain strong relationships with venue operators
* Monitor product usage and stock levels at customer sites
* Identify potential machine service or performance issues
* Support in-store promotions and brand presence at venues
* Identify and approach potential new venues for Slush Puppie
* Conduct venue visits and introduce the Slush Puppie program
* Assist with new machine placements and account launches
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Reliable, organised and proactive
* Comfortable working across office, sales, warehouse and on-the-road deliveries
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Enjoys a hands-on role with variety in the day
* Able to work independently and as part of a small team
* Holds a current Australian Driver’s Licence
* Physically capable of lifting cartons and equipment
* Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, customer service or operations is an advantage
* Motivated by sales and performance incentives, with opportunities to earn additional rewards through territory growth and customer success

* Basic computer skills
* Ability to lift and move cartons/equipment
* Previous warehouse, delivery or admin experience preferred
* Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
* Current Police Check
