Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician
Location: Sunbury, OH
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on equipment.
- Plan and execute maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Engage in inventory control and management.
- Check work for completeness, accuracy, and logical rationality.
- Propose improvement projects for processes and production lines to enhance efficiency.
- Submit parts and tool requirements via materials requisitions or direct inventory entry.
- Support and assist the Planner Scheduler in communicating work assignments and required parts.
- Offer suggestions to improve equipment maintenance based on personal experience.
- Follow policies and procedures consistently throughout the plant.
Essential Skills
- Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting
- Experience with 480V / 3-phase motors
- Proficiency in PLC controls
- Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and schematics
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Fanuc robotics
- Knowledge of Japanese Automotive Manufacturing
- Experience with automation systems
- Welding and fabrication skills
- CNC mill/lathe experience
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook for maintenance tracking systems

Training occurs on the 1st shift from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, for 4-6 weeks, depending on learning speed. Regular work hours are 2nd shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (two positions) and 3rd shift from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (one position), with overtime required every third Saturday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00/hr.
