We are looking for a friendly, and reliable Retail Assistant with previous experience in a health food store, or pharmacy environment to join our team This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, has a strong interest for health and natural therapies, and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Provide general advice on products and support customers in store
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions
- Replenish stock, merchandising, and maintain store presentation
- Work collaboratively with the team
About you:
- Previous experience working in a health food store, pharmacy, or similar retail environment (essential)
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and a can-do attitude
- Willing to learn and stay up to date with product knowledge
Availability and requirements:
- Available to work 3-4 days per week
- Weekend availability is essential
- Required to attend monthly product training sessions
- Available for immediate start
