Job Title: Clinical Clinician
We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our national team of professionals providing clinical services to individuals with diverse needs and diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation, and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices.
* Develop and implement PBS plans and assessments that focus on increasing a person's quality of life, including improving their skills and enhancing their independence.
* Work collaboratively with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
* Qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or related fields.
* NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner or the ability to become registered.
* Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses is desirable.
