The Role
As a member of the Supplier Partnership & Performance Team (SPP), you will be accountable for the overall performance of our Property Supply Chain Claims functions.
You will be responsible for managing building panel performance against KPIs, including rectification and recoveries when things don't go according to plan, and making recommendations on different approaches to drive performance with suppliers and meet the business's objectives.
Responsible for the design and execution of Hollard's Supply Chain strategy across the Building Related Claims Supply Chain, you will ensure all suppliers maintain the integrity of each of our partner's brands and reinforce the value of a customer's insurance.
You will develop tools and support for those most vulnerable in the community and ensure and manage event response capacity.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Continuous review of Building Related Claims Supply Chain changes and new trends.
Operational Supply Chain planning across the Building Related Claims Supply Chain.
Deliver industry‐leading cost, quality and outcomes across the Building Supply chain.
Analysis of cost performance across the Building Related Claims Supply Chain to identify cost saving opportunities.
Develop collaborative relationships, a value proposition and segmentation approach across the business to deliver improved outcomes for internal stakeholders, partners and customers.
Provide leadership to Supplier Partnership and Performance Team.
About You
Extensive experience in General Insurance/short tail business preferably in a Procurement, Supply Chain or Claims management related role.
Ability to solve complex problems with consideration to business impact.
Excellent knowledge of internal products, competitor products and the current market.
Deep understanding and management of partner relationships.
Strong influencing and leadership skills.
