**About the Role**
The CPS (Canon Professional Services) department is the first point of contact for Canon's professional imaging community. It provides CPS members a range of exclusive services and benefits, aimed at maintaining their Canon professional equipment. The department also communicates with the customer to provide pre-sales evaluations and information that assists customers with their purchasing decisions. This Alexandria based onsite role requires providing technical & administrative support to this membership-based programme.
**Main Duties**
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge necessary to discharge duties of this position.
- Provide accurate technical support and timely response to customer questions - problem solving, product information, pre-sales & best use advice. (escalate to technical team where necessary)
- Maintain membership database via CPS software.
- Provide support equipment nationally for repair replacement and for pre-sales evaluations (when available)
- Manage and maintain CPS support assets (booking, sending/receiving and tracking equipment via CPS software)
- Co-ordinate with the Camera Service Centre to facilitate priority repairs - status updates & inquiries
**About You**
We are looking for someone who is passionate about photography & imaging. To be successful in this role, you will possess good communication skills & ability to provide excellent administrative support to our customers. Key Skills & Experience include
- Customer Service/Technical Support previous experience relating to Professional Cameras
- Exposure to handling customer escalations
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Peripheral dealings and exposure
- Proven ability in phone-based problem solving
