Future Leaders Wanted
At Coles Group, we're on a mission to make a positive impact on the lives of Australians.
We're looking for future leaders who are passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a team that's dedicated to helping people eat and live better every day.
Our Graduate Program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your career. You'll have the opportunity to work on real projects, develop your leadership skills, and build a network of professionals who will support you throughout your journey.
As a Coles Group Graduate, you'll be part of a diverse and inclusive team that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration. You'll have the chance to learn from experienced professionals, develop your problem-solving skills, and take on new challenges that will help you grow as a leader.
During the program, you'll participate in functional rotations, which will give you hands-on experience in different areas of the business. You'll also have access to a tailored development program that will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses and create a personalized plan for your career growth.
One of the highlights of our Graduate Program is the Innovation Project. You'll work in a team to solve a genuine business challenge using innovative solutions. The top teams will get the opportunity to present their ideas to our Executive Leadership Team and Coles Board.
At Coles Group, we believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to reach their full potential. We offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work options, to ensure that you can balance your work and personal life.
