The Organisation
A global technology leader with a 17,000+ strong customer experience division, focused on delivering high-impact support across cloud, security, and compliance platforms. The role sits within a fast-growing infrastructure group that supports enterprise customers worldwide. For the right candidate, we are open to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane locations.
The Opportunity
Join a team focused on supporting Microsoft Purview and the M365 security stac k for enterprise clients across ANZ. Support 2-4 cases per day for high-profile clients across Australia and New Zealand. You'll troubleshoot major security incidents, collaborate across time zones, and act as a subject matter expert in compliance technologies. Full support provided for onboarding and product readiness.
Required Skills
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview (DLP, Info Protection, RMS/IRM)
* Strong knowledge of O365/M365 security (Defender suite, Entra ID, Compliance Center)
* Solid grounding in Azure admin/config, Active Directory, OS internals (Windows/Linux), and basic networking tools
* Proven ability to manage high-pressure, critical incidents with empathy and clear communication
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps
* Azure/AWS certifications
* Background in government, finance, or large-scale enterprise environments
* Familiarity with baseline security frameworks
* Previous roles in enterprise IT support (e.g., DXC, HP, Big 4 banks)
* eDLP/eDiscovery skills is a plus
