The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Team Member to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing friendly, professional, and high-quality customer service to our regular customers
* Maintaining and replenishing stock levels, while keeping the store well-presented to maximise sales
* Assisting with store opening and closing procedures, along with other day-to-day tasks
Experience & Skills
We are seeking candidates who have:
* Previous experience delivering excellent customer service
* Prior retail experience
* Confidence in using POS systems
