The Role
* Coordinate daily activities for planned and unplanned maintenance.
* Supervise tradespersons and mobile maintenance activities.
* Provide feedback to Maintenance Supervisors regarding job details, timeframes and work methods.
* Take appropriate action to eliminate workplace hazards.
* Mentor team members to create a safe and efficient work workplace.
What Do I Need
* Current "C" Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence.
* Valid and relevant trade qualifications, certificates, and licences.
* Previous experience in a Leading Hand role with 5 years working on heavy underground machinery & drills.
* Competent in diagnostics, troubleshooting & repairing diesel, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
* Experience maintaining air conditioning (desirable).
* Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desirable).
* Experience with CAT Et SiS Systems (desirable).
* Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent communication skills with a can‐do, team‐oriented attitude.
* Strong desire to maintain and promote a proactive safe working setting.
