Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to support the Program Director in the planning, execution, and completion of the program for a Digital Transformation Program. The Project Assistant will assist in administrative tasks, coordinate project activities, and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders and the wider program team. This role requires strong interpersonal, relationship, and effective communication skills as well as organisational skills, multitasking abilities, and a keen eye for detail to help drive projects to success.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Program Director in coordination of tasks.
* Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
* Maintain required documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
* Track tasks and provide effective delivery of these tasks and report progress.
* Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
* Perform administrative duties.
* Identify and address project issues or risks, escalating them to the Program Director when necessary.
* Conduct research and compile relevant information for project decision-making.
Experience
* Previous experience in an IT project support or administrative role is mandatory.
* Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
