Job Title: General Labourer (Working Away – Ongoing Casual)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer for an ongoing casual position working away on rural projects. You will assist with the construction and maintenance of cattle yards, working with a variety of tools and machinery in physically demanding outdoor environments. This role requires someone hands-on, safety-conscious, and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with construction and erection of cattle yards
- Operate hand and power tools, and work around machinery such as Bobcats
- Perform physical labour including digging holes, mixing and pouring concrete
- Support minor welding and fabrication tasks (experience advantageous)
- Follow site safety procedures and directions from supervisors
- Work effectively as part of a small team in remote locations
Requirements
- Previous experience in rural, construction or agricultural labouring roles
- Competent with tools and comfortable working around machinery
- Welding skills (desirable but not essential)
- Physically fit, strong and able to perform manual labour
- Valuable communication and ability to follow instructions
- Full working rights in Australia (minimum 12 months remaining on visa)
- Must have own swag and steel cap boots
- National Police Check (NPC) required
