We are seeking a part-time Tourism Officer to provide excellent customer service and contribute to the growth of our tourism industry.

Salary Information
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary, ranging from $69,000 to $73,000 per annum (pro-rata), depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and professional customer service at our Visitor Information Centre.
* Assist visitors with tourist information, accommodation referrals, and local attractions.
* Support museum operations, including exhibitions and guided tours.
* Maintain and manage souvenir and merchandise sales, including cash handling.
* Keep accurate visitor records, brochures, and stock levels up to date.

Qualifications and Experience
* A qualification in tourism or a related field is essential.
