We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the adoption and growth of high-quality vascular access solutions, enhancing patient outcomes through innovative care.
This role involves collaborating closely with clinicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to understand their needs, present tailored product solutions, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify customer needs, generate leads, and present product information
* Develop strategic territory sales and performance plans
* Provide technical support during surgical procedures
* Facilitate product trials & evaluations and deliver in-service training
* Build effective relationships with key opinion leaders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have several years' experience in a similar portfolio, ideally within Operating Theatres, ICUs Cath labs, or interventional suites. You should have a proven track record of sales achievements and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the hospital system.

* Results-driven individual with exceptional relationship skills
* Able to travel nationally and internationally as required, and possess full working rights in Australia/NZ
