Galvins Plumbing Supplies is a family-owned Western Australian company founded in 1933 and has grown to be the leading plumbing supplier with 25 branches located throughout Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
We are currently looking for a Storeperson / Delivery Driver to join our company in our Mandurah branch, and are always looking for driven and conscientious people to join our ranks. There may be career progression opportunities once experienced.
Responsibilities
* Pick and pack orders
* Check and allocate orders
* Storing and packing of goods and materials in accordance with appropriate procedures and/or regulations
* Preparation and receipt of appropriate documentation including liaison with suppliers
* Allocating and retrieving goods from specific warehouse areas
* Basic operation of computer for data entry
* Periodic stock checks
* Deliver products to various locations
* Provision of an exceptional delivery service to all customers
* Basic forklift operation
Qualifications
* Previous warehouse experience
* Proficient level of physical fitness
* Polite and friendly disposition
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Attention to detail and organisational skills
* C Class license
