Job Description
Credit Assessment & Financial Analysis
* Analyze financial statements, cash flow reports, and balance sheets to assess creditworthiness.
* Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations on credit applications.
* Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Credit Submissions & Structuring Deals
* Prepare detailed credit submissions with well-structured financial analysis and recommendations.
* Work with BDMs and brokers to structure deals that align with risk appetite and business objectives.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient processing and approval of applications.
* Monitor the credit performance of existing clients, identifying early warning signs of risk.
* Ensure adherence to credit policies while supporting business growth objectives.
* Provide insights and recommendations for credit policy enhancements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
* Work closely with BDMs, finance brokers, and other referral partners.
* Support internal teams with financial insights to aid decision-making.
* Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to clarify financial information and credit conditions.
The Successful Applicant
Experience in financial services, credit analysis, or asset finance .
Strong understanding of financial statements, risk assessment, and lending principles .
Excellent communication and relationship management skills .
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
