Sales and Marketing Excellence
This is a hands-on, office-based role where no two days are the same. You will manage marketing campaigns, nurture leads, deliver product demos, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
* Own lead engagement in CRM (HubSpot) - track progress, follow up, and convert prospects into customers
* Deliver clear and confident online product demos to prospective customers
* Support the sales team with presentations, content development, and partnership activities
* Maintain accurate sales and marketing data to support forecasting and reporting
* Develop new ideas for campaigns, channels, and customer engagement
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Ability to nurture relationships and build long-term partnerships
* Experience with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot experience desirable)
* Confident presenting online and running product demos
* Background in digital marketing, inside sales, or account coordination (SaaS or retail-tech experience a plus)
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales
* Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced team
* Someone who enjoys owning outcomes and seeing their work impact growth
