What you will be Doing
The ideal candidate will provide admin support to Mackay hire team, engaging with stakeholders and customers, requiring initiative, self-management, and a vibrant personality.
Key Responsibilities
Proven experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to coordinate and manage contractors on site effectively.
Experience conducting stocktakes and managing inventory.
Skilled in processing and managing various types of paperwork.
Strong communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls.
Skills and Experience Required
Must have broad experience in administration running all admin functions of office
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel; must be computer savvy.
