About the Opportunity
Join a close‑knit team where "Good Together" means strong support, cross‑training, and a collaborative spirit. As a Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting our manufacturing sites and driving business improvement.
In addition to this you will:
* Provide financial support to manufacturing sites, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
* Own the weekly and monthly reporting processes, and master month‑end close activities
* Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets, supporting site leadership with financial reporting
* Monitor production process orders and analyse actual usage versus recipe expectations
* Conduct extensive data analysis to drive operational efficiency and cost leadership
This office‑based role can be based in either Spreyton or Wynyard, giving you flexibility to work where it suits you best.
About You
You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn and grow. Whether you're a recent graduate or transitioning from an accounting firm, you'll bring energy, curiosity, and a drive to make a difference.
You will also have:
* 2+ years of general work experience, ideally in an analyst role or manufacturing/supply chain environment
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, commercial or financial management, or working towards one (CA/CPA preferred)
* Strong MS Excel skills; Power BI and SAP experience are a bonus (training provided)
* Ability to analyse complex information and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Open, honest communicator with a willingness to challenge and be challenged
