What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and developing a tight, high-performing kitchen team
* Owning food quality, GP, labour, systems, and standards
* Designing menus that balance creativity with commercial reality
* Driving consistency, cleanliness, compliance, and pride in the pass
* Working closely with venue leadership and Elevate’s support team
About You
* Proven Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
* You run calm kitchens, even when it’s chaos behind the scenes
* You understand food cost, labour control, and systems – not just flavours
* You care about your people and your culture
* You want to grow your career, not just clock in and out
* Experience in clubs, pubs, or high-volume venues is a big plus
