Collaboration Specialist
Talent acquisition is a critical component of our organizational strategy, and we're seeking a skilled collaboration specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and employee engagement initiatives that drive business growth and sustainability.
Job Requirements:
* Experience in agile methodologies, including development of strategies and roadmaps using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
* Extensive knowledge of collaboration systems, including Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams (MTRoW, MTRoA), and Teams Admin Centre
* Proficiency in automation and ability to drive efficiency through process simplification
* Computer Science or related tertiary degree
* Industry certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, or other Collaboration vendors
