We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our friendly team at our modern offices in Tanah Merah – just minutes from the Logan Hyperdome and major retail hubs. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract role, with the possibility of extension or early conclusion depending on the return of the incumbent.

About the role: As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales and Administration teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

* ASIC registrations and compliance documentation.
* Responding promptly and professionally to all communications via email, live chat, and phone.
* Liaising with both the internal Administration and Sales Teams.
* Contacting and processing new sales leads.
* Supporting and assisting Agents and Business Development Managers with requests and issues.
* Performing general administration duties (filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.).
* Preparing reports for management.
* Completing various other tasks as specified by management.

Who we're looking for: We are seeking a fast learner with excellent communication skills and intermediate Excel proficiency. Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial but not essential.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:

* A friendly and professional phone manner
* Excellent customer service skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* A strong willingness to learn and adapt.
* Good time management skills and ability to work independently.
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Be a punctual and reliable member of staff
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
