Job Description:
* Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs for children.
* Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice, working closely with the centre leadership team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current QLD Working with Children Check.
