GetCareers is seeking candidates to undertake a Sales Consultant Traineeship with a privately owned, multi-franchise motor vehicle group in Mandurah. This full-time traineeship offers the opportunity to earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification – Certificate III in Retail.
About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, duties may include:
* Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
* Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Logging and tracking enquiries accurately.
* Answering phone calls and booking appointments.
* Following a structured sales process to achieve sales targets.
* Assisting with day-to-day dealership operations and maintenance.
What We're Looking For
* Hold an unrestricted WA Driver's Licence
* Current WA Salesperson Licence (or willing to obtain)
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment
* Ability to lead by example while contributing effectively to a team

* Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
* Must reside in the Mandurah Region due to job location
