We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified insurance loss adjustor to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition by providing accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs.
You will work closely with a range of people, applying your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers to deliver quality workmanship. Reporting to the centre manager, you will be part of a large network of repair facilities, offering stability and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients and work providers
2. Affording accurate quotes for vehicles in a timely manner, meeting average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
3. Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
4. Processing vehicles onsite by conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
5. Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness as needed
6. Coordinating with suppliers to record and authorize additional work in a timely fashion
7. Assisting with production management of the centre where necessary
8. Ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident state
9. Delivering completed repairs to customers
Requirements:
1. Proven experience within a similar position, including preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
2. Proven experience with AudaNet is highly desirable
3. Ibody experience is advantageous but not essential
4. Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
5. Highly professional and personable
6. Strong systems experience and proficient computer abilities
7. Excel experience is beneficial but not obligatory
8. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
9. Ability to meet strict deadlines
10. Ability to problem-solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
11. Able to collaborate effectively with the team
12. Strong commitment to working safely
