Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for leading customer service and administrative operations, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and efficient internal processes.
Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and support the Administration and Customer Service teams
* Oversee inbound calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer enquiries
* Drive improvements in operational processes and administrative efficiency
* Work closely with internal teams, clients, and field staff to ensure seamless service delivery
* Monitor team performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
* Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a supervisory or leadership capacity
