Carinya Aged Care is Located in the leafy inner Adelaide suburb of Myrtle Bank, on a beautiful Jacaranda tree lined street, our heritage styled home is close to the local shopping centre of Burnside Village.
Carinya is a boutique Signature Home that exudes warmth and intimacy. We offer residents the choice of large single and twin rooms with adjoining ensuites. Our home is purposefully designed with community spaces, internal courtyards and garden areas where residents, families and friends can enjoy fresh air and colourful gardens.

About the Opportunity:
As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Administration Officer, our hardworking team and the wonderful residents and their families with the day to day running of our busy aged care home.
With no two days the same, your duties will expand across multiple functions including Occupancy, Compliance, Recruitment, Rostering as well as reception relief.
The current opportunity is a Part Time Monday Tuesday Wednesday & Friday pm
To be successful, you will have
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
* Complete a NDIS workers check and/or Police check
* Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable)
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases and Admission Systems
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
* Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
* Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
