Description of the Role
The role involves working in a busy reception area, interacting with residents and their families. You will have time to build strong relationships and provide administrative support to other departments.
This is a permanent part-time position, requiring 3 days per week, including some weekends. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering telephone enquiries and responding to visitor queries
* Maintaining accurate files and documentation
* Providing general administration and data entry support
* Assisting with stationery ordering and petty cash management
* Supporting staff rosters and training schedules
* Ensuring efficient operation of the front reception area
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a busy reception environment
* Strong accuracy and data entry skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to learn internal software systems and work within a constantly changing environment
* Bright and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries
