12-month Fixed Term Full-time Position

**About the role**
Infrastructure and Equipment team perform services that provide a safe environment for high quality patient care. Contributing to creating Australia's leading health care environment by keeping the hospital buildings and equipment in a safe and usable condition that allows for their efficient utilisation and overall effectiveness.
In this role you will be responsible for the assurance and compliance activities across the team, including document management; coordination of all Estates Service Statutory and Regulatory requirements, maintaining and updating the Risk Register, tracking and allocating close out recommendations and actions from internal and external audits and reviews.
**About you**
As the Business Support Officer you will have a strong administrative background with skills in document management including tracking, compiling and assisting in report writing and presentations. You will have the ability to build professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders while maintaining the highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
**_ To be successful in this role you will have:_**
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Demonstrated experience in task planning.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills, including the ability to show initiative and work effectively under pressure.
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite, OnBase or equivalent and database input skills.
- The ability to work on own initiative and without close supervision.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate with a range of stakeholders in various contexts.
- Document control experience.
- Facilities management experience (desirable)
