1. Providing professional academic advice for international students
2. Communicate with education providers to follow up on students' applications
3. Assist students' applications, enrollments, and visa applications
4. Prepare timely and accurate advice regarding visa options
5. Liaising with clients over the phone, in person, and via email, gathering visa documents from clients, and following up on applications
6. Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
7. Converting leads to student enrollment
