Position Summary
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Attendant (Expert) to join our In Room Dining Team on a Part Time basis. The Westin is committed to empowering guests to enhance their well-being when they need it most – while travelling.
* Lead the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
* Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
* Assist with the bar related tasks if required
* Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times
* With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete beverage experience
* Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence through each customer experience
* Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
* Be an empowering team leader by providing motivation and support to the team
Qualifications
* An up‐to‐date RSA
* Relevant experience in a similar role
* Working rights in Australia
