Financial Operations Specialist
About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to manage our financial operations and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and invoicing with precision and attention to detail.
* Prepare BAS, PAYG, and superannuation obligations with knowledge of Australian tax and compliance requirements.
* Monitor cash flow, budgets, and business expenses with a keen eye for financial management.
* Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records with a high degree of accuracy.
* Provide reports and insights to support decision-making with excellent analytical skills.
About You:
* A degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience is required.
* Knowledge of Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is preferred but not essential.
* A strong understanding of Australian tax and compliance requirements is a must.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
