About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developmental and general paediatrics, as well as experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
The role involves a mix of clinical work, program development, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve child health outcomes in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.

Requirements:
* AHPRA registration with a minimum of two years post-Fellowship clinical experience.
* Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians – General Paediatrician.
* Demonstrated expertise in cultural safety and Indigenous health.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
