We are seeking to hire a skilled Account Manager / Client Service who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Coles Supermarkets to produce Coles Own Brand Packaging.
6 month Contract commencing March - August 2026
Responsibilities
·Establish and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Coles design, photography, artwork and repro production processes and ensure compliant management of all internal SLAs
·Attend WIP, Pre-artwork and Design Panel Meetings where you will be expected to provide updates on artwork in both preproduction and production.
·Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders
·Manage and develop client and supplier relationships whilst leading the day to day delivery of the project management team to ensure an exceptional level of service is delivered at all times
·Create and maintain relationships with Coles to better understand and achieve the needs of individual business units
·Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

·Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
·Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel skills.
·Strong negotiation and problem solving skills, with ability follow-through on client requests
·Ability to multitask and manage more than one account
·Proven results of delivering solutions and meeting client goals
·Aptitude in networking and building relationships
·Ability to prioritise and meet critical deadlines
