It seems to be working, because we're growing rapidly, and are now looking for another motivated individual to work with our successful sales team in Melbourne. This role will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales and development opportunities as well as managing client success for prospective and existing clients.

**Role Summary**:
With a focus on cloud, cyber security and end user computing, we are looking for someone with a high-level working knowledge of the following technologies, and have either previously held a technical or leadership role in one of the following fields:

- Modern and secure workspace delivery
- Microsoft technologies including Azure, M365 and System Center
- Citrix end user and networking technologies
- Enterprise cloud, infrastructure and storage solutions
- Amazon Web Services
- Cyber security solutions

The role will work closely with the local oobe Melbourne sales team on both private and public accounts. This role will also work closely with our vendor (e.g. Microsoft. Citrix, Tenable) and partner community to develop and deliver quality solutions to new and existing customers.

Skills Matrix:

- Business development - craft proposals and engage with clients from draft statement of work through to signed contract
Account management - effective communication with clients to ensure expectations are met or exceededTechnical presales - translate customer requirements into solutions and architectureLeadership - work with the wider oobe team to enhance internal capability and standards
-Project management - on occasion, assist with the delivery of complex projects
- Quality assurance - ensuring that solutions are designed and implemented according to an agreed scope and contract
- Other business development activities such as growing our existing customer relationships
