What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the Game: Support daily golf operations including tee time scheduling, cart management, and course presentation.
* Create Memorable Events: Coordinate corporate and social golf days, ensuring every detail is delivered flawlessly.
* Engage & Grow: Assist with membership sales and guest engagement, helping to grow our golf community.
* Build Connections: Strengthen relationships within the golf industry to enhance RACV's reputation and identify new opportunities.
* Innovate & Improve: Contribute ideas to elevate service standards, boost revenue, and streamline operations.
What We're Looking For
* 5–10 years' experience in a golf shop or golf operations environment.
* Background in retail, hospitality, or sales.
* Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
* A passion for golf and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
