The Role

You should be adaptable to a changing environment and capable of remaining calm, efficient, and organized during busy periods. Strong admin and computer skills are essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
This role combines front office reception, property management, and customer service, offering a great opportunity to learn new skills in a supportive environment. As the Front Office Receptionist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Managing daily front desk operations
* Assisting prospective residents and visitors professionally and efficiently
* Providing customer service in the accommodation industry
* Experience in a university environment is highly regarded
* Knowledge of RMS is an advantage
* Being culturally aware and respectful of diverse backgrounds
Mandatory requirements include:
* Valid working rights in Australia and New Zealand
* National Police Check
* Working with Children Check
* Valid RSA
