**What YOU do matters!**
- Do YOU have a flair for Aged and Community Care? If so, join our Frankston team in as a Service Support Officer. Your role will focus on achieving optimum client experience outcomes by supporting the regional team in operational functions. The role will also assist in the effective delivery of regional programs and operational systems, whilst providing excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Complete administrative and operational tasks in a timely and accurate manner to support the operating capacity of the regional team
- Assist in the coordination of office services to ensure the regional team operates effectively and efficiently
- Coordinate office services, regularly reviewing regional administrative tasks and prioritising in collaboration with other team members
- Support the delivery of services by maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of data in the client management system
- Provide reporting on a range of areas to the Regional Operations Team Leader
**To thrive in this role, you will have**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Certificate IV of Business Management and/or administration or a related field or equivalent experience
- High level of computer literacy in all MS office programs
- Demonstrable experience in working within a busy team and performing a variety of administration tasks
- Demonstrates good written communication skills in drafting and typing letters and preparing accurate and concise minutes of meetings
- Demonstrates knowledge and experience in office protocol and display strong initiative and excellent time management skills.
