This is your chance to join a leading Real Estate office servicing Killarney & surrounding suburbs for over a decade. Headed up by the most supportive, friendly team, this is your chance to join an office with an amazing atmosphere! Currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator, this role is like no other with a heavy focus on marketing & sales support.

The Role

Monday – Friday, this is a position for a bright & bubbly individual to be the face and voice of a high performing team. Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking someone to be the first point of contact for a friendly team. You will be responsible for:

* Monday – Friday
* Supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager
* Meet & greet clients & answering calls
* Prepare files for new listings
* Assisting in exchanges & settlements
* Pre-listing kids
* Preparing open home packs
* Marketing support
* Diary management
* Co-ordinate stationery supplies
* Attend meetings & training sessions
The Candidate
* Previous experience in administration is advantageous
* A keen interested in Real Estate
* Outstanding communication skills, be good with numbers, time management and attention to detail
* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
* Possess a 'can do' attitude & be a great team player
