Albert Park Attractive base Super Bonus Leading organisation We are searching for an Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager based in Albert Park with a leading company with a strong emphasis on client relationship management. This is a new role for this location of the business where you will be responsible for building a small team. You will be reporting through to a National Credit Manager. This role is a blend of managing client relationships internal and external, staff, analysis and debt management. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Team Leadership: Recruiting and building a small team. Set goals and KPIs for the team, mentor and develop team members to ensure optimum performance. Operational Direction: Provide hands-on management and operational direction to the credit team. Reconciliations & Reporting: Oversee reconciliations and produce monthly and year end reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assessment: Full control and director of the credit assessment process -approval of limits etc. Collections: Discuss escalation of debt and referral and management of process with external parties Qualifications Experience: Strong commercial credit background with previous Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager experience. Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Excel and other computer skills. Communication: Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff, internal divisions, and external customers. AICM Membership preferred Why Join?
