Overview

Precision Collision is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day administrative and operational coordination of our busy smash repair business. This is a key leadership role within our office.

We are looking for someone who can step in, take control of the administration systems and workflows, and ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently each day.

The successful candidate will become the central point of coordination between our customers, insurers, suppliers, management and workshop team, helping maintain the high standards and reputation Precision Collision is known for.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems and keeping a fast-paced business operating efficiently.

Our business continues to grow, and we are seeking someone who can take ownership of the administrative operations that keep our business running smoothly.

The Role

This position will take responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day administration and workflow coordination of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

* Coordinating repair bookings and scheduling
* Managing job documentation and workflow within our repair management systems
* Communicating with customers, insurers and suppliers
* Parts ordering and supplier liaison
* Preparing reports and assisting with accounts reconciliation
* Managing incoming enquiries and office communications
* Ensuring administrative systems and processes run efficiently
* Supporting the workshop and office team to maintain smooth daily operations

This role requires someone who can think ahead, stay organised under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

* Previous experience in administration, office management or operational coordination
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Confidence managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
* Professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude

Experience in automotive, insurance or trade-based industries would be highly regarded but is not essential.
