In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for providing exceptional support to senior executives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and tracking executive correspondence through internal systems
* Greeting internal and external visitors
* Liaising with stakeholders both within and outside the organization
* Providing administrative support including meeting paper compilation, filing, and disseminating information
* Managing diary arrangements and coordinating travel
* Arranging catering when necessary
